An Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practitioner since 2005. Have studied the teacher training course with Shimon Ben Avi and later with Matthew Sweeney.
Also a student of Louise Ellis and Vijay Kumar.
The class I teach emphasize the flow through Ujjayi breath, concentration and withdrawing of the senses. In our Ashtanga classes we’ll usually practice the primary series fully, so this practice is dynamic, challenging and develops strength and flexibility.
